WHAT WE DO

We come in, work out what's worth automating, then build it.

Same flow every time. We get into how your business actually runs, hand you a roadmap of what's worth fixing, then build it and hand it over. Mostly with Claude.

HOW IT WORKS

How it works.

Four steps. Same shape every time, whatever ends up getting built.

  1. 01

    We come in and look.

We spend proper time inside the business: how work comes in, who touches it, where it sits waiting, what gets done twice. Owners usually know where it hurts, but not always where the hours actually go, so we go looking rather than taking the first answer. Most of this happens on calls and in your systems rather than in your office, so where you are does not change how it runs.

  2. 02

    You get a roadmap.

A plain list of what's worth fixing and what to build first, with the reasoning behind the order. Some of it we build. Some of it is a process change you could make on Monday without us, and we'll say so. It's yours to keep whether you go ahead or not.

  3. 03

    We build it.

This is the bulk of the work. We build inside the tools your team already uses, so there's nothing to migrate and nobody has to learn a new system. We go in small pieces, put each one in front of the people who'll actually use it, then fix what's annoying before moving on.

  4. 04

    Your team runs it.

We hand over with the boring parts covered: how it works, what to do when something looks off, who to call if it breaks. The point is that it keeps running once we're gone, so you're not paying someone forever to keep the lights on.

WHAT WE'VE BUILT

Some of what we've built.

These are examples of the kind of thing we put in. Every business is different, so what we build for you might look nothing like this list. No client names here, but we'll talk through the real ones on a call.

LEAD REACTIVATION

Lead reactivation

A few thousand old leads sitting in a CRM, every one of them paid for once, all gone quiet because nobody had a spare week to work back through them.

We built an SMS conversation that goes out in the owner's voice, handles the replies as they come in, and books the interested ones straight into the calendar. The team only picks up the conversations that need a human.

SPEED TO LEAD

Speed to lead

Enquiries were landing while the team was out on jobs or stuck on another call, so the first reply went out hours later. By then the customer had already rung someone else.

Now every enquiry gets answered in seconds, day or night. It qualifies as it goes, so what reaches the team is a real job with the details already collected.

VOICE AI

Voice AI

Calls kept dropping into voicemail after hours and through the busiest part of the day. Voicemail is where enquiries go to die, so those calls were just gone.

We built a voice agent that picks up, works out what the caller needs, then either books them in or passes the call through. The ones worth taking still reach a human.

BACK OFFICE, RUN BY CLAUDE CODE

Back office, run by Claude Code

Admin was eating close to a day a week: filing, chasing paperwork, copying information from one system into another because none of them talked to each other.

We set Claude Code up inside the business to do that work. Files land where they should, records stay current, and the paperwork keeps moving without anyone having to drive it.

Then the writing jobs that quietly eat evenings.

  • Quote tool

Quoting was a night job, an hour at a time, with the pricing living in one person's head. Now the details the team already collects go in, and a quote comes out in the business's own format in minutes, priced the way the owner would have priced it.

  • Scope-of-works generator

Scopes were being written from scratch every time, so they came out slow and inconsistent. Now a rough brief goes in and a full scope comes out, structured the way that business writes them, ready to be checked rather than written.

  • Invoice creation

Invoicing was happening in a batch on Friday, sometimes the Friday after that. We built it so the invoice is generated and sent off the back of the job, so the money goes out while the work is still fresh.

We run Meta Ads alongside the build for a couple of clients too, so if the ads and the follow-up are both a mess, bring it up on the call.

BUILT ON CLAUDE

Built on Claude.

Claude is the main tool we build with. Most of what a service business needs automated isn't a tidy set of rules, it's judgement: reading a messy enquiry, working out what someone actually wants, writing it back in the business's own voice. That's the work Claude is best at, so it's what nearly everything we build runs on.

It also means we can build things that would have needed a developer and a six-month project a couple of years ago. Claude Code works inside real files and real systems, so we can put something in front of your team, watch them use it, then change it the same week.

We're not precious about it. If a job is better done by a simple automation with no AI in it at all, we'll build that instead. But most of the time it's Claude.

BEFORE AND AFTER

What changes once it's built.

  • You've had plenty of AI advice, but none of it runs anywhere.

It's built, it's live, and it runs inside the tools you already use.

  • The jobs nobody has time for sit there for months.

The jobs nobody had time for run on their own.

  • Old leads go quiet because the second chase never happens.

Every lead gets the follow-up, whether anyone remembers or not.

  • New enquiries wait until someone's free to reply.

Enquiries get answered straight away, at any hour.

  • Quotes and invoices get written by hand, usually at night.

Quotes and invoices come out in minutes, in your own format.

  • Changing anything means waiting on whoever built it.

Your team can run it and change it without ringing us.

Let's find what's worth automating in your business.

A quick call. We'll look at where your time's going and what's worth building first. No pitch.
