AI, BUILT INTO YOUR BUSINESS

We put AI to work on the jobs quietly eating your week. The ones you never get to.

  • The enquiry from Tuesday that nobody's replied to yet.
  • Writing the same quote you wrote last week, again.
  • Typing the same client details into three different systems.
  • The leads that go cold because you were on site all day.
  • The monthly report you build on Saturday morning.
  • The proposal you've written eleven times, with a different name at the top.
  • Digging through your inbox for the attachment they sent you in March.
  • The onboarding checklist that only exists in your head.
  • Chasing confirmations the day before.

THE HARD PART

Knowing you should use AI is the easy bit. Having someone come in and actually build it isn't.

The advice is free now. You can ask a chatbot what to automate in your business and get a decent answer in about ten seconds. So that part is handled.

But working out which of it is actually worth doing in your business, then building it so it runs inside the tools your team already opens every morning, doesn't happen on its own. Someone has to come in and do it. So that's the part we do.

Where the week actually goes.

  1. The enquiry from Tuesday that nobody's replied to yet.

Every enquiry gets an answer within a minute, written the way you'd write it. So the conversation is already going by the time you check your phone.

  2. Writing the same quote you wrote last week, again.

The details go in, a finished quote comes out in your format. Minutes instead of an evening, so quotes go out the day people ask.

  3. Typing the same client details into three different systems.

Enter it once. The system copies it everywhere else it needs to live, so nothing gets missed and nobody types the same name three times.

  4. The leads that go cold because you were on site all day.

Every new lead gets a reply in seconds, day or night. So by the time you're off the tools, the conversation has already started without you.

  5. The monthly report you build on Saturday morning.

The numbers pull themselves together and land in your inbox, formatted how you like it. Saturday goes back to being Saturday.

  6. The proposal you've written eleven times, with a different name at the top.

A rough brief goes in, a full proposal comes out, written the way you write them. So version twelve takes minutes.

  7. Digging through your inbox for the attachment they sent you in March.

Ask for it in plain English and it comes back in seconds, whichever inbox or folder it was buried in.

  8. The onboarding checklist that only exists in your head.

Every new client gets the same steps in the same order, automatically. So nothing depends on you remembering, and nothing gets skipped.

  9. Chasing confirmations the day before.

Reminders go out on their own and replies land back in your calendar. No-shows drop, but you never sent a single text.

How it works.

  1. 01

    We come in and look.

We get into how your business actually runs day to day, where the time goes, and where money leaks out the bottom. Usually it's the stuff nobody has had a spare afternoon to look at.

  2. 02

    You get a roadmap.

A clear plan of what to fix and what's worth building first. Yours to keep whether you build with us or not.

  3. 03

    We build it.

We put the fixes in, mostly with Claude, running inside the tools you already use. Nothing for your team to migrate to.

  4. 04

    Your team runs it.

We set it up so it keeps working once we're done, so you're not ringing us every time a line of text needs changing.

Some of what we've built.

  • Lead reactivation

Waking up a cold database over SMS, in the owner's voice, so the leads that went quiet finally get the second chase nobody had time for.

  • Speed to lead

Every new enquiry answered in seconds, day or night, so the conversation has already started before anyone else gets around to calling back.

  • Voice AI

Picking up and qualifying the calls the team can't get to, then passing the ones worth having straight through.

  • Quote tool

Quotes generated in the business's own format, in minutes, off the details the team is already collecting.

  • Scope-of-works generator

A rough brief goes in, a full scope of works comes out, written the way that business writes them.

  • Invoice creation

Invoices built and sent off the back of the job, so nobody sits down on a Friday afternoon to catch up on billing.

  • Back office, run by Claude Code

Claude Code set up inside a business to handle the filing and the admin, so the paperwork keeps moving without anyone driving it.

Built on Claude.

FOUNDER, KLYR

The problem was never a shortage of AI advice. A lot of business owners have already been told what they should automate. But nobody comes in and actually builds the thing, so that's what I do.

The questions we get most.

Still not sure? Ask on the call.

What does working with you actually look like?
We come in and spend real time on how your business runs. You get a roadmap out of that: what's worth fixing, and what's worth building first. Then we build it, mostly with Claude, inside the tools you already use. Then we hand it over so your team runs it.
Do you just advise, or do you build it?
We build it. The advice is the easy part now, you can get a reasonable answer out of a chatbot in a minute. The building is where it stalls for a lot of businesses, so that's the part we take on.
Why Claude?
Claude is the main tool we build with. It's the most capable thing we've found for real business work, the messy jobs with context and judgement in them, so nearly everything we put in runs on it. We're not precious about it. If something else does a job better, we'll use that. But most of the time it's Claude.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Australian service businesses of most kinds. If there's manual work or slow follow-up quietly eating your week, we can probably help. The work matters more than the industry.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We're Australian owned and Privacy Act 1988 compliant. Your data stays inside your own tools. We build on top of them, so nothing gets exported, sold on, or handed over for training.

Let's find what's worth automating in your business.
