MEET JACK
Hi, I'm Jack. I build the AI everyone keeps telling you to get.
I kept meeting owners who'd been told what to automate but couldn't find anyone to build it. So that's what Klyr is. We come in, work out what's worth automating, then build it.

MY STORY
Why I do this.
For a while now I've watched business owners get told what they should be doing with AI. They've read the posts, they've had the conversation with a chatbot, and some of them can tell you exactly which parts of their week are being wasted. But none of it was running anywhere. The advice was free and easy to get, so it was everywhere. The building never happened.
So that's the business. I come in, spend real time on how a business actually runs, work out what's worth automating, then build it. Mostly with Claude. Sometimes that's waking up a database that's been sitting there for two years. Sometimes it's the quoting, or the invoicing, or a back office running itself on Claude Code. It depends what's eating the week, which is why I go and look before I build anything.
I'm not a developer. I build all of this with AI, which sounds like a gap until you see what comes out the other end. Nothing overcomplicated, nothing your team can't run, no clever setup that only makes sense to the person who wrote it. I build the simplest thing that fixes the problem, because that's the kind of thing I can maintain, and it turns out that's the kind of thing you want to be left with too.
If there's manual work or slow follow-up quietly eating your week, we should probably talk. One thing I won't do on that call is tell you everything is automatable. Some of it isn't worth doing, so I'd rather say that up front than build you something you'll switch off in a month.

HOW WE WORK
Three things that shape how we build.
The building is the job.
Advice is easy to come by now. Getting it running inside a real business is the part that needs someone to turn up and do it.
Build the simplest thing that works.
Nothing clever for the sake of it. If your team can't run it without us, we've built it wrong.
We'll tell you when it isn't worth it.
Some jobs aren't worth automating. Saying so costs us the work, but it saves you paying for something you'll switch off in a month.
WHAT WE'VE BUILT
Some of what we've built.
Short version. The services page has the rest of it.
Lead reactivation
Waking up a cold database over SMS, in the owner's voice, so the leads that went quiet finally get the second chase nobody had time for.
Speed to lead
Every new enquiry answered in seconds, day or night, so the conversation has already started before anyone else gets around to calling back.
Voice AI
Picking up and qualifying the calls the team can't get to, then passing the ones worth having straight through.
Quote tool
Quotes generated in the business's own format, in minutes, off the details the team is already collecting.
WHY AUSSIE BUSINESSES PICK KLYR
Built here, for businesses that run the way yours does.
Australian based, Privacy Act 1988 compliant.
Your customer data stays inside your own tools. It doesn't get sent offshore for training or enrichment. We're in Sydney but the build runs remotely, so we work with businesses right across the country.
You talk to Jack.
The person who works out what's worth building is the person who builds it. No account manager in the middle.
The roadmap comes with a build.
You leave the first stage with a plan you can act on, then we build the parts worth building. It doesn't stop at the plan.
No lock-in contracts.
Month to month. If we're not earning our keep you can walk, with no exit fees and no games.
Tell us where your week is actually going.
A quick call. We'll look at what's eating the time and what's worth building first. No pitch.
